PR Mumtaz Rotterdam Marathon
Een zeer trotse Mumtaz Noor. De frele loopster verbeterde vandaag in de ABN AMRO Rotterdam marathon haar PR van Berlin met bijna 5min:

I met a girl from England during the marathon. She told me she was hoping to run 3.45 and so I told her, oh but you're really running too fast (she was breathing very heavy), you should relax a little and enjoy. Then I repeated some wise words of wisdom and she was soooo impressed with me: I told her running the marathon is like eating a French dinner. Always save something for dessert! .... tee hee. You're advise travels around the world!
